The HBITS rate chart

Reading the rate chart needs no account and sets no cookie of ours. The data on those pages is public New York State procurement data. We measure traffic with Cloudflare’s network analytics, which count requests at the edge without a script, a cookie, or a personal profile.

Position alerts

If you sign in to be told about new positions, we store: the identifier and email address of the Google account you sign in with (via Firebase Authentication), and the positions you asked to watch — job title, skill level and region. We use them for exactly one thing: emailing you when a matching position is posted. Each email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing from your last watch deletes the record. We do not sell, share or use this for anything else, and no vendor or agency receives it.

Position details in those emails come from vendors’ public job listings. We store the listing’s title, level, task-order reference, agency, duration and location — never a recruiter’s or an agency employee’s name, phone number or email address.

Signing in

Sign-in uses Firebase Authentication (Google). Firebase sets the cookies and local storage it needs to keep you signed in; Google’s privacy policy applies to the Google account itself. We do not read your contacts, calendar, mail or anything beyond the basic profile.

Where it is stored

Alert watches are stored on Cloudflare’s network (D1). Emails are sent through Amazon SES. Both act as processors on our instructions.

Your choices

Delete any watch from the email’s unsubscribe link, or email privacy@asksaathi.ai from the signed-in address and we delete everything we hold about you within 7 days.

Changes

When this page changes materially we update the date above. The terms say what the rate chart is and is not.
