What the rate chart is

A reproduction of public New York State procurement data — the hourly bill rates and wage floors each HBITS vendor publishes under OGS award 23158 — together with arithmetic that follows the cost-screen method OGS itself publishes in Attachment 7 §1.4.3. Every figure links to the OGS document it came from.

What it is not

It is not advice and it does not predict any award. The threshold and the participation band are our computation, not figures issued by OGS; the actual screen for any task order depends on the responses OGS actually receives, which are not public. A vendor may have filed a newer rate schedule since the parse date shown on each page. Nothing here is a statement about what any vendor pays, negotiates or earns beyond the two published numbers.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, or a vendor’s status has changed, email corrections@asksaathi.ai with the OGS document that shows the correct value. We correct promptly and note the change on the page. A vendor who believes its listing is inaccurate gets the same route and the same promptness.

Position alerts

Alerts are drawn from vendors’ public job listings. Coverage is partial and every email says which vendors it covers. Missing a posting is a limitation, not a promise broken; sending you something we did not see is impossible. See the privacy page for what an alert watch stores.
